Aliona Jeršova

Aliona started her career in the company in 2018 as a Junior Transport Manager. Later, she took the positions of a Transport Manager, a Senior Transport Manager, and a year ago she became the Head of the Transport Team.

“In my opinion, a manager must be motivated and set an example for his/her team. It is extremely important to grow, achieve results and develop together with the team. To encourage and raise awareness of the value of the team, notice achievements and help the employee when he/she makes a mistake. For me, the Finėjas Group of companies is associated with a big family: support, respect and honesty”, – A. Jeršova shares her insights.

According to Aliona, the whole time together with Finėjas Group of companies passed imperceptibly quickly, but from the first moments as now, continuous improvement and growth can be felt, not only in terms of the number of tow trucks and the team, but also from a personal perspective.
